Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, please follow the guidelines below:
- Refund Eligibility: We process a full refund on returned merchandise, provided that the product(s) are returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- RMA Requirement: To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department.
- Unopened Merchandise: You may return any unopened merchandise (except for Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 7 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages unless an error was made by us.
- Health and Safety: Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items. Please make your selections carefully.
- Restocking Charges: If we receive a used item or an item without its original packaging that is damaged, we may charge restocking fees of up to 25% to 50% based on the condition of the package received.
- Need for Pictures: To initiate a return, customers must provide at least 5-6 pictures from different angles for our records.
- Carrier Responsibility: For all orders that show delivered to an agent, the customer must reach out to the courier partner. These orders will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Refund or Replacement Policy: The company will only issue a refund or replacement once the product has been shipped back to us. This does not include damaged products.
